Five things I liked in his talk
I made a list of 9 bullet points for this but will summarize it!
- I liked how he outlined that time is more significant than money and how he established a relationship between how were supposed to manage money and time likewise.
- Poor time management needs a systemic solution such as creating to-do lists, creating fake deadlines and breaking everything into smaller tasks.
- The quote "Good judgement comes from experience and experience comes from bad judgement" which also relates to how he stressed the importance of deciding which tasks have to be prioritised.
- The importance of planning where he said and I quote "Failing to plan is planning to fail" even if you have to change the plan more than once, it has to be there
- The fact that to achieve success you have to optimize time management skills but the opposite statement isn't necessarily true
